Nimble is always open to great talent joining our high-performing team, comprised of consultants and coaches, vendor partners, and functional experts.

We are a critical part of strategic projects involving technology, process, or organizational changes for various clients.

Our team supports Fortune 500 companies, utilities, and government clients. Below are examples of the skillsets and expertise we bring to clients. Our priority is to recruit qualified candidates from the West Coast (demand largely from the Bay Area). However, given the demand for remote and hybrid roles across the US (as of 2024), we are selectively seeking out-of-state candidates. Please look out for job openings specific to the geography and/or for hybrid roles that require on-site presence with the client and project team. Experience supporting clients in sectors such as energy, technology, or public sector organizations is especially valuable. If you have questions or would like to express interest in upcoming roles, you may also contact our recruiting team at suzanne@nimbleconsulting.net

Nimble Roles

Change Readiness Lead consultant

Given our transformation focus, the Change Lead should have at least 10 years of experience as a consultant, preferably across process, organizational, and technology change. As a change expert, you can quickly assess the organizational landscape, understand processes, and segment audiences for effective change adoption. You can explain, in simple terms, why change happens and how to engage employees, leaders, and customers. You hold certifications in ProSci, Being First, or other relevant education. You know how to customize change readiness for each client's culture and use a role-based approach to tailor communications, enable two-way forums, and match delivery vehicles to each role.

Training Lead Consultant

Given our heavy technical focus on transformations, the Training Lead must have at least 10 years of experience as a training consultant, preferably focused on software technology and role-based training design or delivery. As a skilled learning consultant, you apply the ADDIE model: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. You have advised clients on preparing the workforce and leadership for role-specific changes, recommended appropriate training methods for a hybrid and diverse workforce, and implemented strategies to accurately assess training effectiveness for each role.

AI Change consultant

In addition to an organizational change management certification, you are proficient in using Microsoft Copilot Studio and have implemented chatbots, AI agents, and similar tools that serve as “asynchronous resources" for end-user and stakeholder support. Familiarity with Microsoft AI tools and integrations, including Claude, NotebookLM, and other platforms, is also necessary to explore possibilities for a tailored, positive user experience. Recent client collaborations include Copilot-enabled onboarding assistants and an AI-powered FAQ chatbot. Requires a minimum of 5 years of change readiness experience.

Coach

Minimum 3 years of coaching experience required. Certification from an International Coaching Federation (ICF)-approved program with at least ACC status. Preference for PCC-certified coaches for executive coaching. While most coaching will be virtual, Nimble coaching programs, such as group coaching, may require monthly or quarterly in-person sessions based on client needs. Proof of relevant certifications required at the interview.
